Maine blogger Lance Dutson, who has been critical of the Maine Office of Tourism and their web advertising contractor Warren Kremer Pain, won a victory after Warren Kremer Paino withdrew its defmation lawsuit against the Maine blogger today (http://www.mainewebreport.com/2006/05/05/warren-kremer-paino-withdraws-lawsuit/).
To paraphrase Oliver Wendell Holmes, sometimes the best defense to speech is speech.
