What do you care what other people think?
Actually, “What Do You Care What Other People Think” is the title of one of my favorite Feynman books (https://www.giantpeople.com/107.html).
Is there a name for a blog that tells the story of one’s life? Biog? Biographlog? Bioblography? Whatever you call it, that’s what this blog is, and I’m writing what I care about.
I am always perplexed about which articles are popular and which are not. For example, I expected these articles (which I believe to be controversial, interesting, and current) to be more popular:

So I have replaced the “random entries” module with a new one called “Erik’s Favorites.” I have been writing for a long time. This weblog currently has archives dating back to 1992. I have older stuff queued up for possible future publication. I am my own toughest critic. It turns out that I end up really liking only about nine percent of what I write. Or perhaps that, upon further review, only about nine percent of my articles stand the test of time. And who knows how I’ll feel the next time I review my favorites.
